I saw some recipes on internet about the Red Pepper Chicken (辣子鸡丁). One said if you take out the red pepper seeds, it tastes much less hot spicy. So I want to try this version today.
Those Red Peppers have been taken out of seeds. Used a lot of garlic and a lot ginger. Here starting the cooking...
in the middle of cooking... (totally about 25 minutes)
Done. Green onions added just before taken out of wok.
After chicken meal gone... (it's still too hot spicy!)
