Used a iron cast plate to cook the steak. A timer also be used. 500 deg F by 5 minutes per each side.

Home Made Beef Steak, Yummy!
I tried the Ribeye Steak from a internet recipe on January 30th 2009, and It's YUMMY!
I bought 3.71lbs Beef Ribeye Steak from Costco at Lehi Utah.
