BBQ Picnic and Timpooneke Hike

We had a BBQ picnic in American Fork Canyon, and then we went to a short trail, Timpooneke Trailhead to SR92 then back to trailhead.

We love the flowers! It's called "Ice Planet - Table Mountain" (Season: Perennial; USDA Zones: 4 - 9; Height: 2 - 3 inches; Bloom Color: Fuschia.).

Ventana Canyon Trail

I went to the trail at about 5:30p, up to about a mile to take some pictures. The rattlesnake is a big surprise, the locals said it rare to see them on the trail even in fact they are many around the trail area.

Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument

I drove from Tucson, Arizona to Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument, through Arizona SR 86 then Arizona SR 85, reached the boarder at Lukeville, Arizona. On the way back, stopped at Why-Not Travel Store at Why, Arizona.
