My wife Lily and me prepared the Valentine's Day Banquet at home, after purchased all the meat (Pork, Beef, Fish fillet and Raw Shrimp)and vegetables from Costco store at Lehi. They looks good so we took a few shoots.
Except the "ChongQing Hot Pot Base", we even had the "三边腐竹"(dried tofu) and fresh mushrooms, and fresh strawberry.
I prepare our traditional "Hot Pot Sauce" shown here. The sauce is made of Grounded Garlic, Salt, MSG and Sesame Oil (treated with boiled water to get the taste out).
This is just the second week, Noah went to Little Scholars Preschool (next door to Cedar Ridge Elementary School). Today is my Regular Day Off Friday, so I went with my wife Lily. It's really a very pleasant experience.
